The said image contains a watermark of the Chinese military message board named 飞扬军事 (pinyin: Fēi yáng jūn shì) with its url, Many have theorized that the name FY-JS was referenced from the site's name, or put in as an easter egg/inside joke by Chinese developers in EA/DICE. Right now, there is no reason to use it over suppressed FY-JS. The weapon's magazine size was lowered from 10 to 5 in the Weapons Crate Pack.
Its range was extended as well as (and most importantly), its muzzle velocity increased.
